Would like to find rigging tutorial.

Hello all, it's been a while.

I apologize if this question seems easy, but this is the only place I know I can ask and find good information. I am interested in the area of professional rigging. Allow me to explain my current rigging.
I am entirely self taught, as I have not yet received a formal education in 3d animation (though soon will change). So I do not know rigging beyond Biped Skeleton, and Bone rigging.
I find myself very well with 3d art, but cannot find myself able to create a good, usable, and flowing rig for my models that can enable me to control the models with ease.

About 2 years ago, my Biped sector fell out, and refused to load. So I learned to use Bones for the ENTIRE rig (I know that is bad, but it worked okay) and I now find that I can no longer do this. Because of this, I was forced to make Biped work again, but I still find myself unable to make a rig anything passed Skin modifier and the skeleton.
Is it possible that somebody might direct me to a good tutorial, or good set of lessons through which I might learn character rigging in a more advanced form? (such as eyelid rigging, eyeball motion, lip motion, etc).

Thanks to all in advance,
Lord save me from me sins.

CGAcademy has a great set of rigging tutorials.

You can purchase the DVD (which also has other tutorials like advanced modelling) or find it all on youtube.

Facial rigging:

The rigging vids were done by Paul Neale. Here's his website, there are a few freebees. You can also sign on for his advanced course:
