Wiring balljoin + look at constraint

I wired this ball joint in max. the left sphere turns opposite from the right which i want. but whenever i put a look at constraint on the left sphere so that it constantly looks at the right sphere, the problem is the rotation on the left is gone. how can i combine the 2? I want the left sphere to still spin on the opposite direction and that it keeps looking at the right sphere for position changes. thx in advanced

Use a dummy with a lookat constraint to the right sphere and attach the left sphere to it.

Thank you for the reply

it works with the dummy. but when I link the dummy to a biped bone it doesnt work. any ideas?
