Taming cloth is a bitch, could be one of a gazillion reasons or settings, if it's just the skirt have you tried using skin wrap?

when you set your collission objects you have an offset parameter.
That, also you rsub samples are too low, you want something in between 6 and 10.
And check that your cm/unit matches with your scene.

usually for that kind of clothing I set a smaller value on stretch-ability so that it shrinks a little and wraps around tightly on the body.

Hello there

beautiful ;3

Thank you for the help gogodr, there was the offset parameter that needed tp be changed and now things work great.

Fx, I tried even skin wrap, but seemed that what I needed was too fancy.
