which part is wrong

i design scene with the lights with 64 subdivision light cash to 2000 and noise .01 but the scene still doesnt look photo realistic
are my materials the cause of this less quality or something else
help me please thanks

its most likely your materials, you can get close to photo realism with 1 minute renders in most interior scenes with good mats, higher quality renders provide that extra edge but they wont fix the scene for you.
