how many posts do you see? i see 9 pages full of posts, with threads being added to every couple of mins on average. that seems more than 'dead' to me.

Maybe its because you went away and people realised there's no point on carrying on if you're not here? give it time, now they know you're back the life will return!

yes. answering a thread bumps it to the top. also,when a thread gets next to no answers it means no one likes you, which is why it seems quiet and lonely.

well for one thing i don't spam it nearly as much as i used to, i've been busy getting myself one of these:
edit: woah, that's a bigger image than i thought.
it's a mendel rep rap machine.
although i have noticed it seems slower lately... i've just been attributing it to all the really good people on here being busy with their jobs because of the recession and therefore not doing hobby pieces to post on here.
