Im sorry to bring this topic up again, but i dont like my tablet anymore.. And i sort of had a problem with it:http://maxforums.org/thread.aspx?tid=548134

I was just wandering if a bomboo is any good, and if it can handle dualscreen?

I dont really have the money for an Intous, so im considering to buy a bamboo.

Might wanna share what tablet you have, so people can compare
And why exactly don't you like it? Only cuz of the lack of support for dual monitors or is it more than that?

I use the Bamboo...works well for me. here are the pros and cons from my own experience:

Pro's:
-is cheap!
-is small enough to fit on a cluttered desk
-makes slight scratching noises while ur using it, which makes it feel more tactile (sort of like when using a pencil on paper)
-has an eraser
- works like a dream so far.

Cons:
-the nibs wear out quickly due to the whole scratching thing.
-the size may put you off.
-lacks rotation and tilt sentitivy
-lacks a mouse (not sure why ud want one with it though)

hope that helps.

I got a bamboo for christmas. works good for me so far. i mostly do touch up work in photoshop with it. i just did a pretty big project for a invitation and it did everything pretty well. no complaints.

If you have your heart set on getting a Bamboo (I wouldn't, but that's another story) at least do yourself the favour of getting a Bamboo Fun, not just a Bamboo. While neither is really geared towards professional jobs if placed on a sliding scale Bamboo Fun is more geared for it anyway.
