Vray Softbox - Why?
show user profile  9krausec
So why use the Vray softbox as a texture for a vray rect light? What benefits (if any) does it hold of a layered texture with ramps in it besides that it may be neater as you don't have so much junk floating around (extra ramp textures)?

I don't see any benefits, but I wanted to make sure I was looking at it in the correct light. (PUN)

edit: Also thanks for any replies. Almost forgot my manners for a second.
