Vray problem on multiple pc render
show user profile  mynodelic
Hey peeps,

Here's the issue i'm facing right now. I have 3 pcs here and i have 530 frames to render.
The scene has static objects in an interior industrial room with moving camera. And it has 2 objects moving.
So i worked on 1 pc finalized everything. Did an irradiance map with LC for 1 frame with camera path checked in both ( vray 3.0 option). The objects that are moving will not use the map but will use brute force instead.
I archived the files along with the GI map and opened them in the other 2 pcs. loaded the map and rendered.
The renders in both pcs are consistent but the main pc is rendering with different lighting. some of the walls were brighter etc.
There's no flicker in all the renders but it's like the GI is different but it's not.

Hope my explanation was enough. Anyone had this experience before?

Thanks!

Could it be something as simple as the gamma settings being different across your machines?
