Verts Dissapear

Hey Guys got a weird bug here...
When i execute a script I'm working on that loops through all the verts of an object my verts dissapear after the script runs. The verts are still there and can be selected, they are just really really really small.. i checked the preferences to see if SOMEHOW i was accidentally changing the size of them in the view ports but that's not the case.
Any Ideas?

Try pressing the scale button (R). It works for me.

Sounds like you have a bug or 2 your self... Kinda goes without saying, but... didnt fix the problem haha. thanks tho.

I know sometimes in 2012 my verts will just disappear for no reason (not when I execute a script)..
Also, have people been having their marquee selection tool go behind selected objects when working with sub elements in 2012?
I think that is the most annoying bug so far that I have experienced.

create primitive
turn it into editable poly
attach your object to it
delete primitive as an element
stupid but works

Soooooo..... OFFICIALLY... i have no vertex points anymore in perspective view...... Any Ideas?

You have to be rough with it. Don't let 3ds push you around. Rough it up and show it that you aren't pussy footing around and you mean business..

Exactly my point... What hotfix are they on for 2012? Anyone know the number? Does anyone have any news about the vert issue and the marquee issue?
At least the quad menus don't flicker on/off in 2012 anymore (or at least not for me).

fack all that nonsense - so ive deduced that it is a D3D issue with DX9 and DX10 and i think the latest nvidia drivers. Any way Switching over to OpenGL is a fix in the short term.
p.s. @9krausec: here are the updates / hotfixes available for max 2012.
