UVW Wrap Not Showing Up
show user profile  MarkSerrano
Hey guys, I'm doing this shelf for a project and I'm having difficulties with the signage. It shows up as just white, when it has the same settings as the bottles. I'm really new to this so I'm still kind of confused. The signage is located on top of the shelf. Here it is:

I know it's not as up to par with what you guys are doing but hopefully I get better in time. I already posted this last night but it got deleted somehow with no notifications.

Thanks,
Mark

When you say that it has the same settings as the bottles... do you mean that it's glass? It does look like your white textures in general are getting blown out. Post up your material and light settings.

Oh, and your previous thread was removed because the url you provided to the image opened a pop up that was very, very not safe for work.

OK, I'm very sorry about that. I wasn't aware.

No, it's not glass, it's plastic but the in the Material Editor, they're both Blinn and pretty much had the same settings. I will post up the settings because I don't have 3ds Max at home. I will be in school in a bit.
