Unwrap UVW and Physique to .X file?

Hi all,

I have some serious problems. I want to make a little game, and i'm working on the intro movie right now. I have made a moddel, witch is Biped. it has the following modifiers:

Unwrap UVW
Editable Mesh

Now the following problemm: When i export is to an .X file (with the panda plugin), The animation works nice. But the texture is totaly messed up. when i remove the Physique modifier and export it again, the texture works nice, but now the animation doesn't work.

how to solve this?

All UV modifiers must be below Physique, Skin, or any other animation modifiers, except in instances where you want them to mess up like that. Which happens, but not here ;)
Specialty: Non-organic modelling and effects.
Setup: 3D Studio 2010 with finalRender.
