Turning Morph Modifier Into Keyframes
show user profile  MrMushroom
Hi, I have a morph modifier set to an audio float to animate a speaker.

When I export the speaker to Realflow it does not retain the animation.

Does anyone know how I would go about turning this animation into keyframes, so I can export it to Realflow any keep the animation?

Try OpenCollada as an export. Should work.

That sounds perfect but I am on Max 2016 and morphs are not supported yet, thanks for the suggestion though.

Are there any other ways?

In the track view select the morpher track with the audio float controller assigned to it, then click "Controller" in the menu bar and then "Collapse Controller...". This'll turn the curve into keyframes.

Out of curiosity, would .fbx not have worked? That's how we get all our morph data working in Unity.
