Turbo Smooth Help

Hey guys so after creating a chamfer box that is the shape of a ipad, i place my material (bitmap) onto the front and turn on turbosmooth, and this happens. How do i prevent this from happening?

Looks to me like your geometry isnt set up to use turbosmooth. A wireframe shot unsmoothed would confirm this.

Also, in your modifier stack, not sure if clicking on the uvw map instead of the turbosmooth modifier might help the display. However as i said, i think using turbosmooth with that model looks to be the main issue.

Sometimes this happens sometimes it doesn't, is there any way i can fix this?

Do this it should fix your issue - Select your object (iPhone) - Go into the modifier editable poly - Click on edge in the drop down - In the Ribbon Menu click on swift loop and loop around the edges of your object after that and all the edges are swift looped (Should look like this: Image on the left side) Then add the turbo 2-3 iters.
