i was thinking doing something like this chair
but make it look evil, and some robotic arms coming out of the back that hold plates of food and drinks, and some things to tie the person to it, like on electric chair. And of course some addictive game on the screen.
PS: i like the idea for now, but changing my mind is not out of the question.

The text on the screen indicates that it is clearly the visual novel on which the anime is based.
This is much more important than the actual model you're making, of course.
