Is "I got in a little trouble for using professional photographs in our marketing peices that we didn't have permission to use" really the kind of thing you want to share in your portfolio?

Design = good, font usage = bad.
Eyes after using 3ds max for hours

I like the design, nice and clean, but the finished work page is somewhat cluttered. Add some empty space to it, divide the different images, maybe put some explanation to the images

Worked on my web page for the first time in months and came up with this concept:
 click to make more bigger
Thoughts folks?

I dunno what the first concept looked like, but I like this new one. Not sure about all them random numbers, but the look of it all is quite appealing.

only thing that annoys me is the way "Current projects" is sitting on the line

Quite nice, some roll-over linkage would go down well though I think, just a slight shift in tone y'know? I can understand ones reasoning for not using roll-overs, but I personally can't do without them, just that little bit of "ooh" that lets someone know they're interacting with the site... y'know?
I love the use of dark-but-not-black backgrounds and light-but-not-white text. I don't know how you did that border either... and if I wasn't so tired i'd so roam through your source code right now.

timtam posted this style up last week I think:
http://maxforums.org/Thread.aspx?tid=534470
I used the "simple viewer" as a template and designed off it. I've had enough tinkering around with roguefx.com and needed to make an actual usable page I can send to clients rather than a half assed page I'm embarrassed to use. ;)
Yeah, I was planning on putting some roll over effects on the fonts, but I'm kinda running out of time.. Don't know if I want to do it in flash or just do it old school. *shrug* Which border are ya talkin' about?
@vkotek - it is flash though =) Yeah I kept the images low res on purpose, was getting complaints about my images taking too long to load and what not. This web page is intended as a 'general idea.'
