What is what animation called?
What array part?
Not sure I follow. Please clarify.

Do you want to know how to make something appear? Either move it into shot from off screen in one single frame or use a visibility track, or use the transparency of the material.

just render separate plates out and cross fade the layers together in post. no 'animation' needed

I tried to make a short clip in Vray it took more than 4 hrs, and it made me really laugh when i saw the length it was just 1.5 second video. Another one i made of 15 seconds but it was with Default Lighting of max and standard materials. It took less than 15 mins on laptop even with no graphics card.

Vray usually takes that much time?
Here the setting

Tried that one too with Adaptive DMC Image Sampler Subdivs with 4, let me decrease the light cahce subdivs but wouldn't it reduce the quality?

Yes, there will be a reduction in quality, the trick is to find the lowest settings with the least distortion.
