The Good Dinosaur

Have you guys seen it?? The CG is gorgeous, especially the environments. It looked like a BBC nature documentary.

Also it's a sweet story (i.e. "feels" at the end, etc.).

Pixar is amazing.

The story may not be the best Pixar has produced, but it was still Pixar quality. I remember thinking for the first half of the movie that, while it was stunning to look at, it was kind of "meh" as a film... then I was basically crying at the end...

But the technical achievements were astounding. The water simulations were by far the most realistic I'd ever seen. I wondered a few times if they had composited characters onto live action environments, but I'm pretty sure this was 100% CG.
