3D StudioMax and Vue d'Espirit....

I have a copy of Vue d'Espirit that I've not used yet. Does anyone know if it's possible to build a landscape in Vue and import it int Max? Or, conversely, build vehicles and people in Max and take them into Vue?

you can import obj files into vue no problem.

your vanilla copy of esprit needs to be upgraded if you want export functionality.

is there a specific reason u want your vue scenes in max? vue's good at being vue

Vue into Max, or vice versa, I'm happy either way. I just want to bring the gorgeous landscapes of Vue and the bipeds and vehicles I build in Max into a common document.

If, for example, I bring biped characters into Vue, can I animate them on the Time Line like I would do in Max? Can I select individual bones and move them? If I can, well and good. If not, then I need to import the Vue mesh into Max.
