How can I aquire in A&D materials this same effect I get in Standard ones? When I use a texture map in the diffuse slot, I select an input lower than 100 to "blend" the map with the diffuse color.

Go to photoshop and use the hue and saturation sliders to fix your bitmap.

You can use a mix map to blend between solid colour and bitmap. No need to go into photoshop to adjust hue and saturation either, use the colorcorrection map.
