source spawning out of a second source within PF

hi there all,

i build a hairy object with PF. Now i would like to spawn this object (build with PF) out of new PF system...is that possible ?

yeah, use spawn
or if it is too complex to be placed on a spawn you can use mesher and then make another PF instancing the mesher as particles

mesher ? never heard of it ... you mean convert to a kinda mesh ? or is mesh a operator ?

i made a dandelion from a small tube...on top i used PF do generate the hairs.....this as a object and PF together ...i want to let them fly with the wind in a new PF :)

mesher is in the compound objects tab. you select a PF and it converts it into an object.

i always get this same problem....attached them all together now and made a poly out of it.....made a small move / loop animation out of it and looped it in curve editor....assigned him with shape instance and selected "animated shape" ...but output particles arent moving.... :(
