why not just post a wire and clay render. you'll get more feedback instead of asking people to download your file.

Difficult stuff hey, building cars! spent many an hour of the things.
only pointer i gan give right now is try to get rid of those tri corners in pic 1 near the roof, best thing to do is terminate your edges propper.
Again, you need to keep it all quads. you got to be ridgid on this, dont think arg sod it a few 3 sided polys wont hurt, the thing is once you let 1 slip then your gonna start sliding and before you no it your models full of tri's. Sometimes its like a puzzle but it can be won!
good luck :)

unless the bonnet of the car is welded shut there is no need for it to be connected to the rest of the model, if you detach it you'll have a place where to sink your extra edges

Don't get too dense too quickly. Even out the spacing of your polygons to make the simple base model more uniform. Maintain quads.

If you are struggling, try printing out a real reference image of your model and drawing a general wireframe around it (yep, with a pencil).

Plan twice execute once (learned that here on MF).
