SKIN modifier - flipped polygons

I just want to make simple animation with skin modifier applied to the mesh.
But, when I select the bones rig and apply it on circle spline, the skin modifier
flips some parts of the mesh.
Can you please help me?

Clone your mesh. Now, with the clone, delete the skin modifier. Apply a reset x form. Apply a skin wrap modifier and pick your original mesh. Create skin. Mirror your skinning and see if there's still an issue.

If there's still a problem you mirrored your bones incorrectly. You need to use bone tools -> mirror bones, to get the correct bone orientation (very important).

Ah, yeah I just tried it out, the spline IK seems to rotate one of the bones in the chain. Well, it gets rotated by trying to follow the circle spline. My guess is when the circle becomes "whole" it's getting very confused. You can move the spline IK controller box (point helper thing) down (in the problem area) and you see the mesh flip round the right way, meaning it's that point in the circle causing the flip.

As for a solution? No idea, maybe try making a circle spline manually?

herfst1 > Thank you. I have tested it, but still does not work. But maybe I am doing something wrong. Dave > The same issue is with any other spline.. manually made spline .. two circles connected etc... It´s pretty ridiculous problem. Thank you anyway for your advices. I´ll continue to test it.
