Narrow down what your problem is. Where does it crash? does it give a error? If yes, google it. Look at the vray log, it will tell you if there are fundamental errors.
2 million polys isnt much btw.

when I press render after the render is finished a messsage box appear with Title: 3ds Max application
and ..
3ds Max application has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. and it give me 2 options : Debug and close program.
When I press Debug another window appear with the Title: VIsual Studio Just in Time Debugger
An unhanled win32 exception occurred in 3dsmax.exe
Check the documentation for 'just in time debugging

The funny thing is that when I render the same scene in 3ds max 2014, it works.. without problem

But I should say that it is only happening with wide lens .. less than 15 and when there is a lot of polygons in the scene
