Also, if you like some more options and stuff I can highly recommend Camtasia.

I remember having problems with Camtasia in the past (I think I couldn't get it to record more than 15fps). Maybe it's better now, but I've been having great success with a piece of software called Debut Video Capture, lately. Just to throw out another alternative.
