Hahaha. I don't know what to think... I am happy, confused and scared all at the same time.

not cheezy enough yet - the characters by the dancefloor should be doing something.

@ advance-software

Thanks for posting. Yeah, I was having issues with 3ds Max. Maybe it was something I did when setting up Mr. Cruise, but I couldn't get multiple CAT rigs to animate at the same time.

@ Dr. Jim

I didn't use motion capture. It was recreated by studying the original footage.

I'm not exactly in awe of the rendering quality, but that obviously took some time to make, well done!

@ spoon

Yeah, I sacraficed the on rendering as it was taking forever. Even at the lowest settings it still took roughly 1:30 per frame. And considering there are roughly 3500 frames...

Anyway, thanks for your comment.

@ khamski

Thanks for commenting. Yeah, I was lazy with facial animations. Camera angles were out of my control (since I was recreating the real footage). But the eye movement was buggering around. For some reason whenever I rotated the eyes (using the Lookat link) the eyes would move out of his skull. Maybe it was the way I created them but I made sure the pivot points were central to each eyeball, so I don't know what I did wrong. If anyone knows that would be helpful.

P.S. If anyone knows why I was only able to animate the first CAT rig i created (Tom) but not any subsequent ones could you fill me in. The subsequent rigs would be able to be posed but whenever I Autokeyed a new position they would just repose and not animate.
