RPF odd Highlights

I am rendering RPFs from Max (2017) and importing into Adobe CC 2015. I am getting very odd behavior wherever there are strong highlights. It seems to be blown out Blue or Cyan. I have rendered with 16 and 32 floating point bit depth and neither helps. Rendering out .pngs or jpegs does not create this artifact.
I was wondering if anyone encountered this or had solutions? I have been looking online and have had little success.

I've tried .exr and don't get the same issues... It seems to be from the unclamped color in my render. I'll look into clamping it down.

Found the solution.
In the subsurface scattering material there was a map adding to the Ambient / Extra Light. Once I removed that, the colors appear normal.
