How to resolve mapping texture

Hye, i still dont quite use of using 3ds max. please help.

i am modelling a hose and that hose is made from spline. then there's a connector and stuff. it is made from other object. then all the object i put a texture first and then i attached all the object together cause that is want from the requirement.

however, when i render it shows a pop-up saying 'line 1 are not properly render'. See the picture below:



i also try to use bitmap but it wont appear. does anyone know how to resolve this? thank you.

all you need to do is give it a uvw modifier, that will give it uvw coordinates, and your error will go away

Go to the modifier tab
and select UVmap
the use any mode (planar, cylinder,...)
