Render as wallpaper?
show user profile  cnopicilin
Hello again!

I know this may seem like a bit strange question, but I'd love to know if it's possible to get the
rendered image to show as wallpaper right away, without going to personalization window and then
manually changing the wallpaper to the one I've rendered.

I tend to have one of my WIP render as a wallpaper, that way I can see it in full size, have it there as a reminder and get inspiration for it by looking for missing stuff there.

Thanks!

I know in Windows 7 you can set the wallpaper to cycle through a chosen folder. If you save your renders in there windows should pick up that file and add it to the slide show.

yeah, I agree with zeefusion. best way is to set a folder that max renders to by default, then select that folder for windows to select wallpapers from. tell it to change wallpapers every x minutes. I do this all the time just for random wallpapers I find on www.wallbase.cc

He who says it cannot be done is interrupting the man doing it.
