Realistic Rollercoaster POV

Hey all, first off allow me to say i have seen many topics related to making rollercoaster videos in 3DS Max however i seek a method in which to create something much more realistic.

There is a company called 3DVIP and they specialize in rendering high quality rollercoaster simulations in 3DS Max. Could anybody help me understand how the achieve what is shown in this video?

The basic things i need to know are how would i go about attaching a camera to a pre-made 3D rollercoaster track and being able to control physics... Is there a tool inside 3DS Max which would allow me to select two .3ds rails and attach a camera to them and make it follow them according to direction, pitch and banking?

I am convinced there must be a set of tools which can achieve all this within 3DS Max because thats the software they use to make these videos.

On quite a basic level:

Create a spline that follows the route of the roller coaster, link a camera to the spline with a path constraint. Key frames will be added automatically to the start and end of your timeline. Change where the camera starts, and where it stops.. alter the timeline to suit the needed duration and use keyframes in auto-key mode by moving the camera to determine the speed of the camera along the ride.

The above method could easily be used to re-create the animation we're seeing in the video you linked.
