Another noob question: Cloth both sides

Hello.
How can i make spline or garment or cloth visible on both sides?
Which one of them has the property that allows it to be visible on both sides , and how to set it ?

I usually place a shell modifier on top of my cloth because not only I want it to be seen on both sides but I want it to have some thickness.
but for the propose you can use a double sided material
