Problem with wire parameters
Hello there, I want to make a simple rotation. A controller that rotates on the Y axis, makes a bone rotate in the same direction but in the Z axis.
When I wire the controller to the bone, the latter one will instantly face the opposite direction.

I think it's a mirror bone issue. Click on each bone and check that the axis are pointing the same way (e.g. the z-axis is pointing downwards for both).
If not, then you might have to remake the bones in the same viewport (e.g. front view, or top view) to ensure the axis are going to same direction. Else, I think there's a way to set the local axis to point a different direction, but that's kinda tricky (and I've forgotten how to do that).
If the axis are identical then it might be a simple issue of putting a "-" in front of one of the expressions e.g. "-Z_Rotation." Having said that, I don't think this is the case here.
