Problem with Export Skin to Unity

I have model with animation, i create bone with BonesPro 4.6 plug-in, but when i export to FBX file, the animation have no working, it's nothing. But when i insteads BonesPro by Skin default in 3ds Max, it's working. I use Bones Pro 4.6 for 3ds Max 2013(i have license full). Please tell me why?

Probs something to do with the bones setup, some engines etc are particular about connecting everything to a root bone etc etc..

What do you mean? I don't understand you, of course i have know create and connecting to root bone.

If Skin is working for you, why dont you convert your bonespro skinning to a Skin modifier? It does have that option, doesnt it?

If you have know create and connecting to root bone, try youtube it, there's tonnes of tutorials have know create and connecting to root bone.

Else, have know adjusting pivot 0,0,0? Might be the issue. But I think Brot have know answer: convert to skin.

bonespro uses a different algorithm than standard skin so unless unity has explicitly stated they support it, it wont look the same or even be recognized. Afaik bonespro has the option to convert to skin though.
