Maxunderground news unavailable

Problem with converting Spline to Poly

im kinda new to 3dsmax and i want to make a 3d logo for a friend, now i have this problem where everytime i try to convert that spline to a poly:
this happens:
but it should be the other way around...

im trying for hours now, but i cant find any solution.
Please help me out!!

If you check every vert of the spline before converting, you'll find a pair of verts that have the tangent handles overlapping. This causes a little loop and means that the mesher won't be able to figure out a capping scheme.

Select all your verts and zoom in on each one. This will work for sure.

WOOOT 2 points at the right side were not connected, now it finally works!!

Glad it worked. One more tip. If you want to add modifiers like bend etc to the type, add a subdivide modifier first. This will make small uniform triangles that will deform nicely.
