Pivot can't follow the simulated object?

Hi all! Why the pivot don't follow the cloth, or reactor animation?
I link a bone for the simulated object, and when I start the simulate, the bone isn't follow the object, because the object's pivot in the air. Any idea?

use attach to surface.

comical idea, because when attach the bone to a mesh, the bone is useless to animate a character.

what I used to do is attach a dummy to the surface of the cloth I simulate and let the simulation run, then the dummy will move with the cloth. then link or contrain the bone to the dummy and use it.
Useful for Rings in a cape, some heavy decorations hanging from other things that need cloth simulation, etc.
