Photoshop external glow effect with transparency
show user profile  3joez
I have a Photoshop problem, maybe someone could help. Here are the images, pretty self
explanatory. To sum up, I need a CS4 effect to be rasterized with transparency.
Instead, I end a with a white background. How can I do it?

Errrrmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

1 - Make a selection around your thingy'ma'doodle. Ctrl + Shift + C. (then paste)

2 - Don't use whatever it is you're using, what is that? Some crazy shape mask? You're a mad man I tells thee! You can stop all that milarky quite simply by selecting the "fill pixels" option with the shape/line tool selected:

Edit
Wait, I've made that sound like a 2-step programme. It isn't, it's two separate suggestions.
