Ok, so I gave it a shot. I used a white sheet of paper as that is what I had. I'll try again when I get my hands on a black sheet. It will be nice to see the difference.
I shot everything at ISO 100 or ISO 200 and the shots came out quite dark to my liking. Again something I need to experiment with.
This is the setup (hijacked my daughters bedroom)

well it was fun and educational, I will have to do this more often to perfect it. The results where not what I expected.

Nice one!
What did you expect differently? Try various light positions, direct and indirect and a colder white ballance.. they're all very red-ish.
Nice to hear it was educational. I will get a black sheet today. :)

I get irritated with the blueness that the paper sheet gives and also that black vignetting.
