Not sure what's being missed, but I've got a pflow emitting instantiated models, each one is supposed to have a variation in the animation of a shader on them. The shader is applied, it shows in renders, but all the emitted model instances are in sync. Been hunting for about an hour trying everything I can think of, searched youtube/google, found next to nothing, searched here for pflow animated shader and found zero results. Specific points of help are appreciated.
