particle question
show user profile  plasticbag001
Hi-

I have a scene where I want to set up a particle system. The objects are to be just randomly floating around in space, so I'm thinking PCloud. what I want is five different kind of objects to be floating around in the scene (in total maybe 50-100). When I go to select objects, it only allows to pick 1 object. Do I need to set up 5 emitters (one for each object)? I don't want collisions and I don't know what to do in a situation like this.

Second part is that I want the particles to be different colors too, is this possible? Is there a way to randomly assign a different color map for each new particle?

Thanks in advance for anyone that can point me in the right direction!

group the objects you want your emitter to spawn and you can emit the objects inside the group in sequence or randomly.

Hello there
