I liked it :) I liked the integration to the music as well like the scratchy bits with the splitting molecules. very nice, very slick looking and not too long

nice reel although personally i feel some of the parts come and go too fast from the screen before ive had a chance to see enough of it. esp cause im trying to read what you did and catch a glimpse of the work before its gone. also does it tell me what software you use? imho i would put that at the end with the email addy. but like i said nice work mate ;)

That was great, very impressive, very well done. I also would have liked to have seen some things longer but I think that's a good thing. It will get people to inquire about your work and then give you chance to show them more. I think it's way better to show something a little too quickly than have it hang around too long.
I want to know how you did the bubbles dividing.

It sucks.

Actually, I'm quite impressed. I'd hire you for VFX.

Joey Parker Jr. I like your point, shorter and sweeter eh, can always just pause to see what you did on a shot (I know I did)

Hey DD. I'm pretty damn good. Quite the same, except I'm balding.

I've been working for a mechanical engineering firm for 3 years now that design large data centers. I want to get back into 3d, so I figured I'd visit my old stomping grounds. Our firm just hired two guys and they use 3ds Max for rendering Revit files, and I was hoping to get some involvement with that.

How about you? How is lift, job, and the kids?

Nice show reel. I agreed about needing to see stuff a little longer. Maybe add a second or two to each one. It went so fast i didn't even notice that the text on the bottom was also changing. real quality work though.

Really liked it. I enjoyed the parts that were stop motioned, they gave the vibe that you would be anything but like Caravaggio to work with.

Thanks very much for all the feedback guys.

I am going to shove a few more shots in there soon so I will probably extend some of the shorter shots so we get a little bit more to see.

Joey: The bubbles dividing is done with morph targets, a buddy of mine worked it out. You take a sphere, duplicate and then scale the verts of the duplicate down very small. Morph targets on your initial sphere to the scaled sphere. Then you delete half of the polys on your master sphere and you mirror it.

Thanks again dudes!
