Needing some low poly concert goers
show user profile  masterfx
I am creating a concert event of some hard rock musicians and I need a crowd of people with their hands in the air. I looked into archvisions RPC content and found nothing. I dont need anything hi rez but I found those 2.5D RPC content quite appealing. Anyone know of any vendors offering this kind of content? I am also open to other Ideas that would take little work as this is not a focal point to the animation but a nice filler.

Thanks

go to the next rock'n'roll show at your favorite club and take a camera with you if its allowed...
or look at your local videotheque for some classic rock dvds
or capture some live-concert-braodcastings from tv.

these are only suggestions, and i am afraid this kind of footage could be to noisy for your purposes...

greetings, U.

Well, I know around here taking a camera into those kinds of events is very strictly prohibited, unfortunately.

I would suggest getting some low-poly people and posing them. Poser might work for good variety, or I think Massive might have something. Handling it all yourself would be cheaper, but might take longer.

maybe some sillhouettes-loops like in ryan cronins tmrb-short is enough already?

this would be another completely different way.
