N-Gons to Quads help

Does anyone know of a good tutorial or strategy for fixing ngons into quads? I am importing into zbrush and I need a clean, all-quad model, and it seems like a puzzle sometimes fixing the ngons. Any help?

it depends what type of model your going for- hard surface or organic.
