I'll tell you what bothered me: why choose coins for a physics fracture demo when there are *no circumstances under which nickel-brass alloys behave thusly?

*not sure whether it might shatter like that at or close to absolute zero.

Out of interest how have you done the dof? Using the vray camera dof or in post with a z-depth map?

Cheers guys, being a n00b with Vray, I was fully expecting to be flamed good and proper.
The DoF was done through Vray camera, I stole the idea for switching focus from Alex Roman's "third and seventh".

Slow mo was easy,

You just run the simulation through rayfire and create the keyframes.

Stretch all the keyframes out.
