So how hard/easy is this to do? I never touched a sculpting app.

What I do know is:
I see tons of speedpaints in photoshop
I have photoshop
I can't do what they do :P

looks like the mesh geometry is completely irrelevant in some parts of the sculpting process plus there is still painting on the same mesh suggesting (in some parts of the sculting process) the uv's are irrelevant
so, painted uv-less and topology less sculpting (in some parts of the sculpting process)

Horizon, yes, the app needs getting used to (to say the least) there is no doubt about that.

Ktonne, it seems you no longer need to mind your mesh and just "go!"
If that's the case this will be a gamechanger

Like you however i wonder how this will reflect to UV's
I bet you'll have to do them manually in max or something :(
