Below are a few of my 2D renders in Blender, and they are quite simplistic, so please don't criticize me, because I made them for the logo of a fashion design company, Gaicamed LLC

That doesnt make sense.
If its a logo for a real company I think its more important to get critics to improve it then when you make it for fun.
The better your work is, the more likely it is they ask you to do another job for them or spread the word at least, so get help where you can.
And like others said if you dont want crits it doesnt make too much sense to post it here.
edit: oh and stop using white text please it's annoying to read.

Indeed, but if you look at the site of the company those were made for you'll see that it follows the same quality. The site looked like it was made in 1992 :P

I could see those working as concept drawings, but it's not personally something I'd put up on a fashion design site for instance, I'm sorry eric, but that's laughable...unless it's what the client wants, then it's laughable and well done.

I don't understand the "no crits" though, don't you want tips on how to improve? Just because you won't change these images because of it does not mean that you can't think of that and use it in future works.

Regarding the "no crits," here is my explaination:

Colin (click here) told me that people on this forum are rather harsh when criticizing others' work. Understand now that I go to an Art school called Carver Center for the Arts and Technology, so I am well rounded in terms of critiques. I am so used to them. My art teachers are very harsh when critiquing, so I think you guys should lay off and stop trying to act like you're so used to critiquing.
Also, the two renders I posted are not my best work. I will post them later. But hold on for a few hours, and everything will be good. :-)

Hahaha, thanks for that, I really needed a good laugh right about now.

So, basically, what you're saying is that unless you're a teacher you haven't earned the right to critique anything? Personally, I've been doing 3d on and off for quite a few years, I've done plenty of 2d and photography as well through my days, as well as paying comissions. I may not have some fancy degree on the subject, but that doesn't mean I don't have eyes and that I don't know about esthethics, various rules of colors, aspects and so forth and when to break them.

Honestly, critiques from ANYONE, and I do mean anyone, is good. It's what you do with that critique that makes it good or bad. Not wanting critique is like saying that you don't want to learn. Failing to listen to people, regardless if they're well educated or not (though there unfortunately are plenty of teachers who aren't well educated as well), is a rather unintelligent thing to do.

Modena, so where is she?
and ditto on all the nonsence don't critique me
ok don't post
see how easy that is
don't want feedback don't let anybody see it
and a lot of people here also went to an art school and the majority of them will agree that the schools usually have one maybe two teachers who actually know what they are talking about and the rest teach you how to load the program and make lens flares
get off your high horse

edit: here you go Mo, one alba coming up
