Hello Everyone,

Recently got fish tank and sticking with freshwater fishes at the moment.
Live bearers that too.

Got a Molly who was prego. Recently, last week she gave birth to 13 babies.

Presently they are 8 days old.

Molly's are nice! If you like young fry you should also check the Kribensis (Pelvicachromis pulcher).
Cheers!

I used to love our big 4 foot aquarium, till it got too old and decided to leak one night and was found with about 3" of water in it. kinda needed a new carpet after that :s

arent you meant to keep baby fish in a separate container in the tank so the parents dont eat them? or are they old enough already? or dont Mollys eat their young?

He he I was thinking the same as Mr. G. I lost quite a few breeds due to saturnism before I realised maybe aquariums wasn't my stuff. Nevertheless, I still keep a small 40lt empty one for some reason.

Cheers,

Manolo

hey,

idiot - Well I am very new into this. Will work slowly.

Grotey - 4 foot cool. leak sad :S. Yeah I have moved the mum and the guppy to a bowl. The babies are in the different tank.

Everyone says that, but I don't think it can be generalised.

Manolo - 40lts that's good. Start again. :)
