Messy png - how can it be fixed?

How can I get rid of this visible line around my png texture: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/856/4u48.png/

I tried to do again the diffuse texture and it's alpha, and still the same result.
How do you fix this problem?

Thank you and Happy New Year!

Make the invisible part the same colour as the average colour of the border of the visible part. That way if there's any colour bleeding you won't see it as easily.

Another thing to do is to increase the resolution of your textures.

I'm sure there's also a button or two that I don't know about that'll fix this.
