Maxforums member photo gallery index
Since we have so many talented photographers here, I've decided to keep a thread updated with all the galleries of our members. This is photography only, not renders (although if there are renders in your photo-stream, that's fine).
Please add your name to this thread if I've missed you, and I shall add it to the list. I'll reformat this later to make it a bit more user friendly.
We now have a Maxforums User group on Flickr. Please join if you have a Flickr account!
Click for the Maxforums Flickr group
This thread could also be used for asking photography questions, asking for crits of a photo, or anything camera related that you don't want to start a new thread for.

Well, I have to say, you guys take some amazing pictures. I've just spent half an hour being amazed by all of you.
Good idea, DD!
Canon 400D Sigma 10-20mm DCHSM Canon 50mm f1.8 Prime (favourite lens) Canon 75-300 ultrasonic Canon 18-55mm kit lens Canon Remote Lowepro slingshot 200AW Kit bag (nice)
DD, what are your thoughts on the close-up lens adaptor? They are pretty cheap, I was looking at those a while ago.

they are really good for the tight arsed peeps, but it does take some getting used to when focusing ie moving the camera forward or backward to get the thing in focus then refining it and i must say i like it for the price. so buy one :) ive also done some tests with a magnifying glass taped to the front of it and i produced the matches etc shots with it same thing though having to move the camera back and forth to get the subject in focus. i will do some more tests later

Well, I'm tight-arsed (half of my lenses were blagged) so I will be hitting amazon shortly! Cheers for the advice.
Edit: That magnifying lens idea sounds like fun. Hmmm. I've got one somewhere..
EDIT2: Error's equipment list isn't going to fit on a page, is it? Oh, and if any flickr users post geotagged images to the group, they all show up on the map thing together, which is pretty cool.

I don't have a photo thread or a flickr account. What should I do? I'm confused. Here's a pic I took today.

no, probably not. haha! Though I'm thinking about selling off some of it, purge out some of the stuff I don't use very often. I just picked up another shelf last weekend to put more stuff on to keep things off the floor... haha! another 8x10 camera arrived yesterday, :-D
