How can use Maximum RAM during 3ds MAX rendering

i have 3gb ram in my system. and i want to use my Maximum ram during rendering. but how i can do that.

max only uses as much RAM as it needs. If the PC isnt crashing when it renders then it doesn't need any more ram allocated. If it does crash try using the 3gb switch...

replace your 3gb of ram with one stick of 256mb, you'll surely use up the maximum then
