Looks nice for a presentation but a few things I noticed are:

The guy in front of the Honda garage looks like he's getting ready to be sick into the water

The car is not following the line of the road

Some camera correction I think is needed to straighten up the far left wall (straighten up all of it, but the far left wall is the most noticeable)

There's some dodgy mapping at the corner of the left hand side wagon wheel facia. It looks a bit messy how the wagon wheels cut off into the wall.

>>The guy in front of the Honda garage look......... lol . we are having very limited 3d people collection. so i was using just everything that we have. will change it.

>>>The car is not following the line of the road.... car is placed correctly... it may be bcoz of camera angle i guess.

>>>Some camera correction I think ...... actually we are looking for some dramatic effect. so thats why i haven't used any camera correction on this.

>>>There's some dodgy mapping at the corner of the left.......oops !! will correct that.... will unwrap it.

Thanks for the suggestions :)

first initial impression - very nice, immediately grabs your attention and sells the development. but you do need to finesse it a fair bit more to make it a lot technically better and naturally more pleasing to look at.

* camera definitely needs straightening. i know you said you wanted a more dynamic shot, but even so, this isn't the way. the design and proportions of the building speak for themselves. the straights really should be straight.

* peeps - just spend a further 10 mins or so looking at what they're doing, where they are, how many are clumped together, what direction they're walking at etc etc etc. if you add a load of people they must look natural and realistically positioned. Also, with some of them, their lighting and contrasts dont match the scene.

* car - not needed at all, neither are the lighting streaks.

>>> camera definitely needs straightening..... ok, will gonna apply camera corrections than.

>>>peeps ......... yeah i agree with that. i will spend some time positioning the people and may be adding more people.... i want to make it look more lively....

>>>car - not needed at all, neither are the lighting streaks. ................ if i remove these, don't u think the area will look empty.... what if i put just subtle lighting streaks only....

>>>The aspect ratio of the poster girl looks strange......oops !!! yeah i think u r probably right.....will cross check that.

Thanks Strat and Pil for the suggestions............ its time to work on these comments now... will show u guys an update soon.
c ya !!!

add some borders to all those pictures on it, i assume they're posters and that's why they don't have frames or anything, but if so add some sort of indicator of that, don't just leave them as images.

Also, why are there wagon wheels on the walls of the building?

I'm all for interesting designs on buildings, but the way those circles are in columns makes them look extremely "fake".

Yeah, removing the wagon wheels texture from the wall can improve your image a lot..

Its getting there now. I'd maybe look at the reflection on the glass now. Could add that extra bit of realism that really sells it.

>>>add some borders to all those pictures on it......... these are back lit signages. regarding the border, i am going to check the signage detail with the architect i am working with. will have a look at this....

>>>why are there wagon wheels on the walls of the building......... This wheel has cultural values attached to it. It is widely used in the city of "Bhubaneshwar". It is chosen by the client as he wants this mall to have cultural feel of the city.

So i can't remove this unfortunately.
all i can do is either try the Normal mapping or displace thing to make it look 3d........wil try that...

>>>>Yeah, removing the wagon wheels texture from the wall can improve your image a lot.........
client is the god :)
I can only enhance the effect... will work on this...

>>>I'd maybe look at the reflection on the glass now............should i increase the reflection of the glass.... will that help....???
i have already placed dummy buildings around my scene to reflect....

Thanks for the suggestions guys. It helps alot.
will gonna work on that.....will update this in few days....

Hey Mashedpot8er............. nice attempt man :)
I think it has more artistic feel.

But i am not sure if builders like to sell their product like this way....

Hey Vishessssssh ! How have you been man. Long time...Good to see you post.
Completely missed this one.

You should look into the last one edited by Mashed, looks fantastic.

lol but I agree the mindset in India is completely different so we can't really have sober images.
As we say builders need everything "ekdum jhagari magari" in slang Hindi. It means they need everything shinny, bright, filled with lights..etc. :P
