Loose Parts / Beginner Question
show user profile  Layoric
I just started using 3d Studio Max and I have some basic questions. I've been keeping most of my shapes modified from standard primitives. Occasionally I'll break them apart and have several ploys all separated. How do I combine them together into one shape?

if you have exploded your object into independent faces select one, convert to edit poly, click attach multi and select all the other face objects. now they are all in the one edit poly change to vertex mode, select everything and click the weld button

hope thats what you were asking :)
